The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling patients about treatments, and converting leads into confirmed appointments.Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to aesthetic and dermatology services• Explain treatments such as skin, laser, anti-aging, body contouring, and wellness procedures• Convert enquiries into bookings by effective counselling and follow-ups• Maintain patient records, lead data, and follow-up status accurately• Coordinate with doctors and front-desk teams for smooth appointment scheduling• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets• Ensure a professional, empathetic, and patient-centric communication styleEligibility & Skills• Prior sales/telecalling experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or skin clinics is mandatory• Strong communication and convincing skills• Comfortable with targets and incentive-based sales• Basic computer and CRM knowledge• Professional, polite, and confident phone etiquetteWhy Join Mediglo• Work with a premium dermatology & wellness brand• Attractive fixed salary with high incentive potential• Growth opportunities in a fast-growing aesthetics space• Supportive and professional clinical environment
