Must have been in a role leading Employee Central track for large multi-country implementation for international or domestic customerMust have good knowledge and hands-on experience of Employee Central all functionalities - Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.Create an absence time type and a time account type.Enable the assignment of time off master data to employeesMust have independently led the design workshops for customerMust have an understanding of leading practices and industry best practicesMust have a good understanding of platform-level integration of other modules with Employee Central.Consider regional laws and regulations when implementing Time Off for a specific locationMust have an understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platformMust know integration capabilities of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll and other systemsMust have a good understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central
