Today ~40Lac customers trust us for their personal care needs.The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.Role: Founder’s Office Work directly with founders or leadership team in multi-dimensional projects to help build and grow the company.ResponsibilitiesDrive 0 to 1 initiatives closely with foundersDrive high impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organizational initiatives, new category identification, etc.Facilitate quick and effective decision making on key matters of the organization with data and analysis.Own business measurements.Monitor key business metrices, flag anomalies & disturbing trends, find actionable insights around growth, profitability or brand.Conduct regular primary & secondary research to be able to take informed and insightful decisionsDrive (1) business, (2) project and (3) launch reviews with cross-functional teamsQualifications & SkillsBachelors of Engineering / Science / Maths / Economics / Commerce from a premier institute2-4 yrs of experience, preferably in strategy, growth, consulting or investments.Atleast 1 yr of startup operating or investment experienceVery strong analytical skillsStrong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mindStrong customer orientation & interest in consumer internetAbility to take charge in cross-functional projectsThorough and organizedStrong bias towards action & hustleWork Location: Udyog Vihar - Sector 18, Gurgaon
