This role serves as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for global compliance insights, translating complex legal developments into clear, actionable guidance. The position is highly documentation-driven, requiring ownership of centralized compliance tracking tools and frameworks to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This leader will work cross-functionally with legal, sales, and delivery teams to ensure compliant contingent workforce strategies, particularly within MSP programs.Job DescriptionMonitor and analyze changes in global labor, employment, and contingent workforce laws across multiple jurisdictions Own and maintain centralized compliance tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheets), ensuring all regulatory updates are accurately documented and continuously up to date Interpret legal and regulatory developments across regions including APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America Translate complex legal requirements into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance for internal stakeholders Develop, update, and enforce global compliance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures Serve as the primary point of contact for global employment compliance documentation and regulatory updates Partner closely with legal, including General Counsel, to align on legal strategy and risk mitigation efforts Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design and implement compliant workforce and MSP solutions Produce client-facing compliance insights and reports to support business development and client engagement Proactively identify gaps, ask the right regulatory questions across regions, and ensure global consistency in compliance practices RequirementsLaw degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from an accredited institution 8–12+ years of experience advising on international labor and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions Strong subject matter expertise in at least a few key regions, with the ability to expand knowledge globally Proven ability to manage and maintain detailed compliance documentation and tracking systems with precision Experience working in-house within a global organization; staffing or contingent workforce experience preferred Demonstrated ability to translate legal language into clear, actionable business guidance Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with legal and business teams Excellent written communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability and willingness to work across global time zones as needed Why Join Pinnacle Group?Joining Pinnacle Group means becoming part of a globally recognized organization at the forefront of workforce innovation and compliance.
