As a Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to design, implement, and manage strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance. You will work closely with clients to diagnose organizational issues, develop strategic solutions, and support the implementation of change initiatives to drive business success. The primary areas include:Shaping futuristic work models and structures that support new ways of workingAligning the corporate culture that fosters successful digital transformationBuilding sustainable organisation that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusivenessRoles and Responsibilities: Design and deliver projects on Org structuring/restructuring and Org transformationDesign Governance Model/Target Operating Model for clientsProvide expert advice on organizational design, development and effectiveness.Lead and execute projects single-handedly.Manage post-merger HR integration by aligning policies, processes, and systems to ensure smooth workforce transition.Program management for optimization / effectiveness improvement / restructuring projectsDrive culture assimilation initiatives to harmonize organizational values and foster employee engagement.Respond and support RFPs in area of organization effectiveness, restructuring & redesign.Your QualificationsEducation: MBA – HRExperience: 4-12 years of experienceAdded Advantage: Exposure in OD will be preferred
