Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.  ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and converting new clients through multiple channels.Upwork Lead Generation• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork • Write high-quality personalized proposals • Communicate with clients and manage initial discussions • Follow up with leads and convert them into calls • Maintain pipeline of potential clientsOther Optional Skills:LinkedIn Lead Generation• Identify potential decision makers (founders, CMOs, CTOs) • Send personalized connection messages • Start conversations and generate leads • Book discovery calls with prospectsEmail Marketing• Run cold outreach campaigns • Send personalized emails to targeted prospects • Track replies and nurture leadsCold Calling (Optional but Preferred)• Reach out to potential clients when required • Schedule meetings with qualified prospectsCRM & Pipeline Management• Maintain lead records • Track proposal status and follow-ups • Provide weekly lead generation reports Required Skills• 2–5 years experience in business development or salesExperience in IT services sales is highly preferredMust have experience with:• Upwork bidding • Proposal writing • Client communication Good to have:• LinkedIn outreach• Email marketing• Cold calling experience• CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)• Understanding of web development services Ideal CandidateYou are someone who:• Understands how Upwork works • Can identify high-value projects • Writes human and persuasive proposals • Is proactive and results-driven • Is comfortable communicating with international clients CompensationWe offer a Base + Commission model.Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month Commission: 5% – 10% per project closedHigh performers can earn ₹1L+ per month.
