Associate Director – CommerceLocation: Delhi / NCRRole OverviewThe Associate Director – Commerce will support the leadership of the Interactive Avenues Commerce practice in North India, focusing on driving day-to-day marketplace operations, campaign performance, and team coordination across client accounts.The role will work closely with the Director – Commerce to ensure strong execution, operational discipline, and consistent delivery of performance outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Retail Media OperationsManage execution and optimization of retail media campaigns across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.Oversee daily operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other platforms.Ensure campaigns are aligned with client business objectives and marketplace performance metrics.Team ManagementManage and mentor campaign managers, analysts, and activation teams.Ensure smooth coordination across planning, execution, reporting, and optimization functions.Maintain strong operational discipline and delivery standards.Performance Monitoring & ReportingMonitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including GMV, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, and conversion rates.Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance.Ensure timely reporting and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.Client EngagementSupport client teams in business reviews, performance updates, and strategy discussions.Lead key businesses independently while stablishing good reputation with clientsAddress day-to-day client queries, operational issues, and campaign adjustments.Platform CoordinationWork closely with Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platform teams for campaign execution and troubleshooting.Identify new ad formats, promotional opportunities, and beta features.Process & Operational ExcellenceBuild and refine SOPs and workflows for commerce operations.Ensure coordination between strategy, media activation, analytics, and merchandising teams.Support Growth InitiativesAssist in pitch preparation, strategic planning, and opportunity identification for new business.Contribute insights on marketplace trends, category performance, and competitive landscape.Key Skills & Experience7–10+ years experience in E-commerce, Retail Media, or Performance MarketingHands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce platformsStrong analytical and performance optimization skillsExperience managing teams and multi-client commerce portfoliosSuccess MetricsCampaign performance and GMV / ROAS deliveryEfficiency of campaign execution and operationsClient satisfaction and retentionTeam productivity and operational discipline
