Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurugram. This is a hybrid rule that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Senior Executive-Operations (Centre Based Assessments/ Test)About the role:You will be responsible for managing operations and delivery of Mettl’s assessments solutions in CBT (center-based test) mode for respective clients.Oversee the scheduling and logistics, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and facilities.
