About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and articulate Consumer Insights & Communication Analyst to transform data into compelling narratives that strengthen relationships with our key customers across QSRs, HoReCa, and large food & beverage manufacturers.This role sits at the intersection of analytics, consumer understanding, and strategic communication. The objective is to ensure that insights derived from commercial data, service metrics, and consumer feedback are translated into clear internal actions and impactful external communication.You will help position the company not just as an ingredient supplier, but as a solution partner backed by intelligence and proactive engagement.Duties & ResponsibilitiesConsumer Insights GenerationAnalyse sales trends, portfolio mix, margin performance, and consumer buying patternsIdentify growth pockets, portfolio gaps, and white-space opportunitiesTrack service performance, complaints, and operational metrics to uncover insight themesBuild structured customer segmentation frameworksInsight-to-Communication TranslationDevelop executive-ready insight decks for Business Reviews and customer reviewsCraft customer-specific narratives around performance, growth, and innovationConvert data into clear, persuasive, and commercially meaningful storiesPrepare insight notes and briefing documents for leadership interactionsStrategic Customer CommunicationSupport structured Business ReviewsDesign customer performance scorecardsDevelop proactive communication templates (service updates, improvement actions, performance summaries)Collaborate with Key Account Managers to strengthen strategic engagementVoice of Consumer & Market IntelligenceConsolidate and analyse consumer feedbackIdentify recurring themes across QSR, HoReCa, and manufacturing segmentsTrack industry trends and competitive movementsFeed insights into innovation teamInternal Alignment & EnablementTranslate consumer signals into clear internal action pointsWork with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and NPD to close insight loopsSupport bid proposals with insight-driven positioningCreate standardized communication frameworks across key accountsWhat This Role OffersFirst-hand exposure to how sales pipelines, consumer decisions, and strategic deals are made at senior levels.Deep understanding of business operations and decision-making from the MD’s perspective.Rapid career progression for high performers who demonstrate ownership, maturity, and commercial results.Extensive domestic + international travel for customer interactions and market expansion.Direct involvement in critical deals with major brands and industry leaders.EducationMBA (Marketing / Strategy / Communications / Analytics) preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Food Technology, Economics, Statistics, or related fieldExperience2–4 years in Consumer Insights, Commercial Strategy, Business Analytics, or B2B CommunicationsExperience in Food Ingredients, FMCG, Manufacturing, or institutional B2B preferredExposure to enterprise clients preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical capabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExecutive presentation and storytelling abilityPower BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel proficiencyStructured thinking and commercial acumenStakeholder management and influence skillsBehavioral AttributesInsight-driven and intellectually curiousHigh ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented yet big-picture thinkerConfident in interacting with senior stakeholdersClear, concise, and persuasive communicator
