Job SummaryThe incumbent shall be responsible for the end to end business HR delivery for the zone assigned to him/her. Shall be responsible for driving and managing all local level HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda and activities. S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:Meet all manpower requirements for respective zonesEnsure that all vacancies are filled within the TATHire through referralsCoordinate with HO to ensure that all communication and documentation regarding Recruitment takes place as per laid down processEmployee retention with a focus on Distribution channelsStudy attrition trendsUnderstand employee & market related dynamicsConduct exit interviews, document the same and forward relevant information and papers to HOInstitute and implement process for inducting new employeesEnsure quality of recruitmentHire and develop relationships with exclusive search firms, coordinate with Recruitment team at HO to establish relationship with NAUKRI, hire through employee referralManage costs within business plan nos.Implement various selection mechanisms (including tests)Development plans for top 20% employees in the channelFacilitate identification of development plansFacilitate implementation of training calendarMaintain harmonious employee relationsImplement performance review cycle for the channelEnsure all G & V sheets are completed and sent to HO within plan timelinesFacilitate the G & V review process to ensure that all reviews are completed within timelinesFacilitate building of a Leadership Pipe through the Management Development ProcessEducate employees on usage of the online performance management systemEnsure compliance with all Labour Laws in the zonesOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:HR OperationsTimely information on joining & resignees to be provided to HOResolution of employee issues regarding compensation, joining and exit formalitiesFollow up with HO to ensure prompt resolution of F&FProviding information to HR team and Business Managers on competition, industry trends to facilitate effective decision makingJob Specifications:Post graduate in HRAt least 8+ years of HR generalist experienceKey skills requiredStrong Communication and Relationship Management skillsAbility to influence and alignHigh Process OrientationStrong Analytical skillStrong business understanding
