Done well, brand becomes a compounding asset that supports distribution, partnerships, and durable reputation.WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR- 5+ years building narrative in high-expectation environments where the audience is informed and demandingComfortable with private markets and capital language, with strong curiosity for how markets and investing actually workStrong editorial judgment; you can spot weak claims, missing logic, and imprecise language quicklyYou keep a close watch on what matters in the category: regulation, fund flows, exits, and how platforms are positioningYou enjoy the creative work: shaping ideas, formats, and storytelling Prior experience in VC, PE, asset management, or financial media is a plusWHAT THIS ROLE WILL OWN-1-Brand architecture and positioningDefine and refine Oister’s long-term brand strategy across asset classes and investor segments.Build structured messaging frameworks across products, and thought leadership.Ensure alignment between product reality and brand communication.2-Capital narrative and investor communicationTranslate private markets structures into clear, decision-ready narratives Own the intellectual quality of product decks, and investor materials Partner with leadership and investment teams to maintain credibility under scrutiny.3-Research and market intelligenceTrack developments across private markets, regulation, fund flows, exits, and competitive platforms. Maintain an internal market brief highlighting material shifts and narrative implicationsIdentify themes where Oister should develop a point of view4-Editorial and content standardsOwn the voice and quality of newsletters and thought leadership.Build an editorial calendar aligned with market cycles and product milestones. Ensure communication remains high signal and consistent.5-Events and ecosystem presenceDesign and execute investor and founder gatherings with clear intellectual positioning.
