Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced professional to develop a comprehensive, investor-ready 5-year financial model to support capital raising, investment committee discussions, and long-term strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a bottom-up SaaS revenue modelDevelop integrated 3-statement financial model (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)Create hiring & operating expense forecastsModel unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback period)Prepare capital raise & dilution scenariosConduct sensitivity and scenario analysisDevelop investor-ready financial outputsRequirementsProven experience in startup or SaaS financial modelingExperience supporting venture fundraising or investor diligenceStrong Excel financial modeling expertiseUnderstanding of SAFE / convertible instrumentsFP&A, Investment Banking, or Venture Finance background preferredExperience in fintech or AI startups is a plusDeliverablesFully functional financial model (Excel)Assumptions & revenue build schedulesHeadcount and cap table modelingInvestor summary outputs
