India is a focus for them with their Development Centres presence in over 10 locations across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.Role SummaryThe Senior Business Analyst will act as a SME in Avaloq Wealth, analyzing current business processes, identifying system gaps, and defining future-state solutions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, advisory leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-team decision influence.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as SME for Avaloq Wealth implementations and enhancementsAnalyze business models, operational workflows, and system integrationsConduct requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholdersDefine current state vs. future state solutionsTranslate business needs into functional specificationsDrive cross-team solution alignment and decision-makingProvide advisory recommendations across multiple workstreamsCreate BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentationSupport implementation lifecycle including UAT and change managementMust Have Qualifications12+ years of total experienceHands-on experience in Avaloq Wealth platformStrong knowledge of wealth management products & processesExpertise in business analysis methodologiesExperience in large-scale banking or wealth transformation programsStrong stakeholder management & influencing skillsExperience working in cross-functional teams15 years full-time education (mandatory)Behavioral CompetenciesStrategic thinker with advisory mindsetStrong leadership & influencing abilityStructured problem solverExcellent communication & presentation skillsHigh ownership & accountability
