Job Description:
Position PurposeThe Total Reward Lead will lead the day-to-day management, governance, and delivery of the organisation’s global reward programs across Australia, New Zealand, India, Poland, the United Kingdom and South Africa. The role is responsible for ensuring our reward frameworks are competitive, compliant and aligned to business objectives, while providing high-quality support, guidance and analysis to People & Culture Business Partners, managers and key stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesReward Operations & GovernanceLead the annual remuneration review cycle, including Workday inputs, data preparation, salary benchmarking, reporting and communication.Coordinate remuneration and benefits governance requirements, including documentation, policy maintenance and audit responses.Lead annual submissions to Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and UK Government Equalities Office.Job Architecture and Remuneration FrameworkMaintain job architecture and compensation frameworks, ensuring role evaluations and internal relativities are consistently applied.Work with the business leaders to identify if the job architecture is aligned to Bravura’s requirement.Lead the refinement of existing remuneration framework in consultation with relevant stakeholders.Lead the communication of the new remuneration framework to employees.Incentive and equity awards managementLead the management of incentive plan operations, including participant eligibility, modelling, documentation and communication.Create participant invitation letters and facilitate distribution with managers.Coordinate equity plan management with Bravura’s share registry provider including addition of new plans to participants, removing old employees, providing plan documentation for upload etc.Reporting of outstanding equity instruments to senior management and Board of Directors.Compensation Benchmarking & AnalysisConduct market benchmarking exercises using external survey partners.Analyse compensation data to evaluate internal equity, competitiveness and compression risks across countries.Provide reward insights and recommendations to support workforce planning, recruitment and retention strategies.Prepare remuneration reports, dashboards, costings and modelling to support decision making at senior management and Board / Remuneration Committee levels.Benefits & Program ManagementManage the administration and review of employee benefit programs across all regions, ensuring they remain contemporary and valued.Partner with P&C Business Partners in local markets to support renewals, vendor relationships, benefit communication and employee queries.Support the design and continuous improvement of recognition programs and performance-linked reward frameworks.Stakeholder Engagement & AdvisoryServe as a trusted advisor to P&C Business Partners, Finance, Payroll and Business Leaders on remuneration matters.Support communication and training materials to improve reward literacy among people managers.Support in preparing Board papers, presentations and commentary for senior leadership and relevant committees when required.Qualifications and Skills10+ years’ experience in Reward / Remuneration & Benefits / Total Rewards.Experience managing reward frameworks for multi-national companies. Strong familiarity with UK or Australian remuneration principles would be strongly preferred.Experience with Workday compensation module and remuneration review system. Strong analytical skills and advanced capability in Excel (modelling, pivot tables, lookups).Good understanding of compensation survey methodologies and job evaluation, Aon preferred.Ability to interpret employment legislation, tax implications and governance requirements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex reward concepts clearly.Ability to clearly and effectively communicate across multiple cultures.
