This makes us, arguably, the most employee-loved startup in the country.Location: (Hybrid)Role Brief:As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve real-world problems.You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.System & Process Mapping: Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). Extract and use data to support your requirements.Technical Feasibility Assessment: Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints.AI Integration: Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AI/ML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and user-centric.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent, structured communication with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and progress.Continuous Improvement: Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.Desired Skills and Experience:Experience: 1–2 years in product management or a related role.Tech Background: B.Tech degree or equivalent technical foundation, with familiarity in basic programming logic, data flows and data analysisCross-functional Execution: Proven track record of working with development teams to deliver projects.Product Exposure: At least 1 year of hands-on product management experience.AI Awareness: Understanding of AI/ML basics and an interest in applying them to solve business problems.We value strong communication, a collaborative and positive attitude, and a professional presence - especially when working with team members and contributing to a healthy and productive internal culture.Recruitment Process:Our hiring process combines AI-powered evaluations with structured interviews to ensure a fair and seamless experience.You will be contacted via email with the next steps upon being shortlisted.The process may include Assessments, AI-enabled interviews, and In-Person Interviews with our team.Final selection and CTC will be based on your overall performance and experience.Apply directly through our career page: more information about us please visit our:Website: Company and Culture: Privacy Notice:
