The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in building a high-performing workforce by leading end-to-end recruitment initiatives and designing, implementing, and governing HR policies aligned with organizational goals. We aim to build an ecosystem that supports both consumers and farmers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end talent acquisition including hiring strategy, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboardingBuild and maintain talent pipelines and support manpower planning with leadershipDraft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook ensuring legal complianceAct as a policy and people advisor to management and employeesOversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, and exitsHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary mattersCoordinate payroll, attendance, and statutory complianceDrive a positive, compliant, and performance-oriented work cultureHandling HR software (Pocket HRMS)Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningProven experience in HR Policy Drafting and ImplementationSound knowledge of Indian labor laws and complianceExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational responsibilitiesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field3 years of experience as HR BP, with significant exposure to recruitment and policy formulationTo apply, send your resumes on akash@ with the subject line /"Manager- HR BP/"
