This is a senior role that ensures campaigns move from pitch → production → delivery seamlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesCreator/influencer buying & negotiationBuild briefs, contracts, and delivery frameworksEnd-to-end delivery management across multiple clientsCoordinate with creators for timelines, revisions, approvalsMaintain campaign trackers, sheets, budgets & MISEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines & timelinesWork closely with consulting team on expectations & pitchesIdentify operational bottlenecks and automate processesMust-Haves4–5 years experience in influencer marketing / agency opsExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to handle 10–15 creators per campaignProcess-driven mindsetStrong understanding of Instagram/YouTube creator ecosystem
