You’ll work closely with me and our engineering/design team to build game-changing AI healthtech software that improves how care is delivered.What you’ll doDrive product execution from idea → PRD/user stories → releaseTalk to users (care teams, operators, families), synthesize insights, and define requirementsCoordinate with engineering/design to ship high-quality featuresWrite clear specs, acceptance criteria, and release notesTrack product metrics and run lightweight experiments to improve outcomesKeep a tight feedback loop with customers and internal stakeholdersWhat we’re looking for1–2 years experience in product, product ops, consulting, startup ops, or similarStrong ownership mindset: proactive, independent, gets things doneExcellent written + verbal communication (you can simplify complexity)Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environmentBonus: experience with AI products, healthcare workflows, B2B SaaS, or user researchWhy CareflickHigh ownership, high learning curveDirect impact on real people’s lives in healthcare/senior careWork on cutting-edge AI applied to real workflows (not demos)
