With access to world-class infrastructure, mentorship, and real-time feedback, our team thrives on solving some of the toughest problems in quantitative finance.Role Overview: Full Stack Engineer will be involved in solving real time user problems and adding new products/features required by our Quant, Infrastructure, Compliance and operations team. The engineer must come up with a possible approach to solve the problem and argue why the solution we are going for is better. He/She will ultimately implement the solution, which involves development, testing, deployment and post- deployment monitoring in good communications with the required teams.What You'll Work On:Using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to predict and test market patterns Creating novel formulation of existing ML techniques to design systems capable of producing trading signals around a fundamental economic conceptContribution across a wide range of trading tasks like alpha generation, portfolio construction/optimization and regime identificationRun back tests and implement created models into productionizable codeProductionize the strategies; investigate, observe and devise new ideas for better and faster predictionsBuild infrastructure around successful prototypes for use across the board and deliver productionizable implementation What We're Looking For:Engineering degree in Computer Science/Maths/Stats or equivalent from Premier InstitutesGood problem-solving skills and quantitative aptitudeStrong background in data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming, preferably in C++ or CDetailed knowledge of Python and RExperience with popular ML libraries and associated cloud infrastructure is a plusWorking knowledge of LinuxStrong work ethics and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
