Brand Activation Manager

Position: Marketing Activation Executive / ManagerDepartment: Marketing / Brand / CommunicationsReporting To: [Marketing Manager / Head – Marketing]Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute on-ground and digital marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand and business goalsConceptualize and manage BTL / ATL / TTL activations, including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagementsCoordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers)Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities — from planning to implementation and reportingTrack campaign performance and share activation reports and recommendationsManage budgets, POs, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective executionEnsure all brand communication follows brand guidelinesSupport product launches, festive campaigns, and community initiativesSkills & CompetenciesStrong project management and execution skillsExcellent coordination and vendor management abilitiesCreative thinking and problem-solving mindsetStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentQualification & ExperienceGraduate / MBA in Marketing preferred3–7 years of relevant experience in marketing activations / events / brand promotionsExperience in real estate / Consumer Durables / Banking will be an added advantage.KPIsSuccessful execution of planned activationsTimely delivery and budget adherenceQuality of brand visibility and engagementStakeholder and vendor satisfactionShare your resume at Kanika.bhambri@
