ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leadership to understand the business goals, challenges, and strategies.Understand best practices / policies in the industry and their impact on business. Assist with change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations. Lead the annual manpower planning process by collaborating with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower needs & closure of the number for the financial year. Partner with SME for effective HR service deliveryAnalyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.QualificationsMBA in HR10+ years of experience in HR or related fieldStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Microsoft Office suite
