If you thrive in environments where no two days look the same, and you enjoy wearing multiple hats across sales ops, pre-sales, sales, and strategy, this role is built for you.RESPONSIBILITIES Sales OperationsPrepare periodic sales pipeline, revenue reports, dashboards and conduct metric/trend analysisDrive sales operations initiatives including strategic planning, territory optimization, sales process optimization, forecastingPerform data sanctity review in CRM and execute clean-ups as requiredPopulate CRM with new sales opportunitiesEnsure effective, timely and accurate reporting to top management on key metricsManage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processesEnsure timely invoicing & collection from clientsMaintain repository for all sales-related documentsConduct market analysis research to identify sales potential as requested by leadershipAssist US-based sales team on an as-needed basisRegular analysis of inbound meetings data and maintenance of accurate records for senior leadershipRFP, Proposal & Communication ManagementRespond to RFP/RFQ/ITQ from clientsGenerate leads through outreach, networking, and strategic prospectingDevelop tailored proposals for prospectsRespond to ad-hoc client requests related to deliverablesUse data, analysis, and business acumen to identify business growth opportunitiesDocument best practices and create standardized training materialsClient Meetings & Pre-Sales SupportLiaising with prospects to gather and understand requirementsOwn end-to-end pre-sales account management and communication for inbound meetings across global key accountsAttend calls with inbound prospects to assist and expedite the sales processConference & Event ManagementEnsure all conferences-related deliverables are completed within deadlinesProduct Knowledge & Demo EnablementIndependently develop expertise in the company’s product, business applications, and platform technologiesTranslate product capabilities into business value during client interactionsSales Cycle & Pipeline ManagementSupport the full sales cycle by managing pipeline entries, follow-ups, opportunity tracking, reporting, and coordination with stakeholdersEnsure smooth handoffs between sales stages and improve sales processes through continuous optimizationREQUIREMENTSEducationUndergraduate/Graduate Degree from a Top-Tier University/School in India or abroad (mandatory)Experience2 to 3+ years of experience in high-tech space, preferably AI/SaaS industryTechnical SkillsStrong technical aptitude to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologiesExcellence in Excel, PowerPoint, Google WorkspaceCRM proficiency (preference for CRM tools)Ability to independently learn and master new technologiesBusiness & Communication SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills to articulate technical, financial, and value propositions.Data-driven with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellence in email communication and business writingAbility to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate strong initiativeTimings & FlexibilityAbility and willingness to work in overlapping evening hours on a need basis to coordinate with US teamsFlexible in supporting global business requirementsAdditional Benefits -Best in class Tools of tradeMedical Insurance - Employee & Immediate Family MembersFast Pace Environment to foster growth
