Company DescriptionMeru Capitals is an Algorithmic Trading Company that prepares MFT algorithms to trade on various Options instruments across the globe for their customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Derivative Trader located in Gurugram. The Derivative Trader will be responsible for trading exclusively 0DTE Index options and scalable positional stock options and Futures trading strategies on the Meru Capitals execution engine. The candidate should have a profitable track record of running such strategies for a minimum of last 6 months. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends, executing trades, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with trading policies and regulations.QualificationsProficiency in Options Trading Strategies and executing tradesExperience in margin hedging conceptsKnowledge of India Index options marketStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressureGood communication and decision-making skillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
