Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate

Job Purpose Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong analytical, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities • Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, Industrials, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services • Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc. • Preparing pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries. • Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction” • Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs • Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails Key Competencies • Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (MBA/ CFA/ CA) • 2-3 years of experience in the Investment Banking space • Experience of working Investment banking projects, including: o Financial Benchmarking o Trading & Transaction Comps o Pitch book / IM support and company profiles o Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries o Detailed financial analysis o Bespoke qualitative research o Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps o Benchmarking, Ratio analysis • Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support • Excellent written and spoken communication skills • Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point • Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
