Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in Solar EPC-C&I, located in Gurugram. The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients. Responsibilities include project planning, coordination, expediting, logistics management, inspection, and ensuring timely and successful project execution. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication with all stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within established timeframes. Qualifications Proven expertise in Project Management, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor commercial and industrial solar EPC projects effectively.Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance processes to maintain standards in project delivery.Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee and coordinate transportation and supply chain activities.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is preferred.Experience in solar energy and C&I project execution is highly advantageous.
