Framer Visual Designer

About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on Framer Visual Designer who lives in Framer and ships beautiful, production-ready work fast.You will be the person who turns ideas into live pages, landing experiences, and campaign sites, designed and built directly in Framer. You will design daily, push pixels, obsess over micro-interactions, and set the visual bar through the work itself, not through decks.If you take pride in shipping sites that feel premium, fast, and unmistakably on-brand, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities1. Design and Ship in Framer (Primary Focus)- Design and build websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites end-to-end in Framer- Translate briefs into live, responsive, production-ready pages with no hand-off friction- Loved Claude code design, and CMS structures inside Framer- Implement scroll, hover, and page transition interactions that feel premium- Optimize for performance, responsiveness across breakpoints, and SEO basics2. Visual Execution Across Surfaces- Design landing pages, campaign creatives, presentations, social posts, ads, and brand collateral- Maintain pixel-perfect consistency across typography, spacing, color, and layout- Own the look and feel of every asset that goes out, internal or external 3. Brand Ownership- Refine and extend the visual language as the brand evolves- Maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and asset systems in Framer and Figma- Make sure every output ladders up to brand positioning and business goalsRequired Qualifications- 2 to 5 years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design- Deep, demonstrable expertise in Framer, including components, variants, CMS, and interactions- Portfolio with live Framer sites we can click through, not just screenshots- Exceptional eye for typography, color systems, layout, and visual hierarchyNice to Have- Claude Code Design experience- Motion design (After Effects, Rive, Lottie)- Familiarity with developer tools, B2B SaaS, or technical product marketing- Basic HTML, CSS, or JS comfort for custom Framer overridesWhat Success Looks Like- A premium, cohesive, fast-loading web presence built and maintained in Framer- New landing pages and campaign sites shipped in days, not weeks
