You'll be the heartbeat of day-to-day social media operations - the person clients trust, the team relies on, and the one who ensures every post, comment, and message reflects the brand perfectly.What You'll DoClient Management & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships built on trust and reliabilityManage expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple accountsCoordinate with internal copywriters and designers to brief requirements and ensure alignment with client goalsPresent social media plans, calendars, and performance reports to clientsMaintain seamless communication with creative teams (including on Saturdays when working from home) to keep projects on trackContent Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive monthly content calendars that align with client objectives and brand narrativesCoordinate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is created on scheduleReview all content for brand consistency, accuracy, and quality before approvalSchedule and publish content across social media platformsContent Shooting & ProductionPlan and execute social media content shoots at client locations, events, and activationsDirect on-ground content creation during events, openings, and special occasionsManage content assets and maintain organized libraries for easy accessCommunity ManagementMonitor all client social media channels daily for comments, messages, and mentionsRespond to DMs and comments promptly with appropriate brand voice and toneAnalytics & ReportingTrack key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, and sentimentCompile monthly performance reports with insights and recommendationsWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in an agency settingStrong track record of client servicing and relationship managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without compromising qualityHands-on experience shooting social media content (photos and videos)Experience working with lifestyle, retail, or real estate brands is highly valuedExceptional attention to detail - you notice what others missOutstanding organizational and time management abilitiesProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalGood visual eye for content that performs well on social mediaExperience with basic video editing apps (InShot, CapCut, etc.)Work ScheduleMonday to Friday (+ Saturdays are work from home with only coordination responsibilities)Compensationā¹3.6 to 4.4 LPA (depending upon experience)Interested?
