You will be responsible for shaping how the Xceedance brand shows up across all channels while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale.The role combines hands-on creative ownership with creative direction, project management, and team leadership. You will lead the in-house creative studio, manage workflows using tools such as , and act as the brand custodian across all visual, video, digital, and communication touchpoints. You will also partner closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to evolve Xceedance brand presence across owned, earned, and paid platforms.Core ResponsibilitiesCreative Strategy & ExecutionOwn the ideation, conceptualization, and creation of high-fidelity marketing collateral, including case studies, sell sheets, brochures, capability profiles, company presentations, articles, roundtables, white papers, position papers, and other brand assets.Drive visual storytelling across static, motion, and interactive formats to build brand awareness and audience engagement. Deliver creative assets for internal communications, including the company intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, and internal campaignsBrand Leadership & GovernanceLead the development, ownership, and ongoing evolution of Xceedance brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual, video, digital, and communication touchpoints.Act as the brand guardian by enforcing brand standards across internal teams, external agencies, campaigns, platforms, and geographies.Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, and defined quality benchmarks.In-house Studio & Video DirectionProvide creative direction for the in-house studio, overseeing podcasts, talking-head videos, interviews, explainers, and other video-led initiatives.Review all creative work produced by junior designers and video editors, providing clear, actionable feedback.Project & Workflow ManagementLead project management for creative initiatives by defining scope, breaking down requirements, delegating tasks, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery using tools such as .Partner with stakeholders to translate briefs into clear project plans and manage priorities, dependencies, and expectations.Digital Platforms, SEO & Social MediaWork closely with marketing and content teams to maintain and enhance the Xceedance website, ensuring strong visual design, usability, and brand consistency.Lead AI-driven SEO and traditional SEO initiatives for the Xceedance website to improve discoverability and organic performance.Lead and manage content execution for the Xceedance LinkedIn page, ensuring cohesive visual identity, consistent storytelling, and strong engagement.Use CMS platforms such as WordPress and AEM to support content updates and design-led enhancements.Agency & External Partner CollaborationCollaborate with external creative agencies on artwork for digital advertising, print, billboards, activations, and other marketing and sales channels.Team Management & Performance OversightLead and manage a team of designers and video editors, providing creative direction, mentorship, and career guidance.Review and approve all design and video outputs from junior and mid-level team members.Set creative standards, workflows, and methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability.Evaluate the performance of the design and video teams against delivery, quality, efficiency, and impact metrics.Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and support professional development.Anticipate capacity and bandwidth challenges, proactively planning resources and timelines with stakeholdersRequired Skills and Experience10-12 years of experience in graphic design and video production across in-house marketing teams and advertising or digital agencies.Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.Proven experience managing creative projects end-to-end, including scoping, delegation, timelines, and delivery using tools such as .Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Solid understanding of print production processes, color profiles, and printing technologies.Knowledge of UI patterns, web, mobile, and app development processes, along with best practices for web-based information architecture.Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and AEM.Strong understanding of usability principles, design systems, and digital-first design approaches.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of 6–8 junior to mid-level designers and video editors.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with the ability to deliver high-quality work at speed in a fast-paced environment.
