In this role, you’ll create clean, high-impact visuals for LinkedIn and social channels and build reusable template systems that help us publish consistently and at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign LinkedIn-first creatives (single posts + carousels) aligned with brand guidelinesCreate a reusable template system for recurring content typesTranslate raw content into clear, structured visuals (strong hierarchy, typography, layout)Deliver variations for the same post concept (A/B style exploration when needed)Maintain consistent visual quality across posts, formats, and campaignsWork closely with marketing/content teams to iterate quickly based on feedbackRequirementsProven experience designing social media content for B2B / tech / SaaS brands2+ years in visual design or equivalent portfolio strength (freelance/agency acceptable)Strong skills in typography, layout, and grid-based designProficiency in Figma (preferred) or Canva (must be template-system capable)Ability to deliver consistently with fast turnaround and clear communicationBonus: experience using AI-assisted tools/workflows to speed up productionHow to Apply -
