This role is for someone who doesn’t see UI, UX, graphics, social, or light video editing as separate silos—but as different expressions of one cohesive design system. This is not a “learn-only” internship. Product & Website DesignBuild and iterate on web and product interfaces using our existing design languageDesign flows, layouts, and components that are intuitive, modern, and student-friendlyHelp evolve and maintain our design system across platforms2. Program & Collateral DesignDesign for programs, bootcamps, webinars, and challengesCreate brochures, decks, worksheets, and learning collateralsTranslate abstract ideas (growth, clarity, wellbeing) into clear visual systems3. Social & Brand DesignCreate carousels, posts, thumbnails, posters, and infographicsDesign content that feels playful, contemporary, and culturally relevantMaintain consistency while adapting designs across different formats4. Motion & Editing (Basic)Support with light video editing, reels, and motion elementsCollaborate on storytelling through visuals, transitions, and pacing5. AI-Powered Design WorkflowsUse AI tools to speed up ideation, iterations, and creative explorationCombine human design thinking with AI-assisted executionIdeal Profile:We’re not hiring based on resumes.
