Accountant

Maintain accurate books of accounts in a digital-first environment using Zoho Books and other modern accounting tools.• Reconcile bank accounts, manage banking operations.• Independently file and reconcile GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, 2A, 2B, 9, 9C), including ITC matching, tax liabilities, and E-Way bill reconciliation.• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and quarterly e-TDS returns.• Prepare and file individual income tax returns.• Prepare daily fund positions, MIS reports, and present to management.• Draft and monitor monthly cash flow statements for strategic decision-making.• Finalize accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and ledger reconciliations.• Ensure timely audit compliance (statutory and concurrent)Skills & Qualifications• Proven experience as an Accountant with strong knowledge of Indian accounting & taxation.• Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (experience with other ERP/accounting software is a plus).• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and audit compliances.• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.• Proficiency in MS Excel & financial reporting toolsCandidate from Garment export house experience will be preferred.
