Sales Audit Support

Responsibilities Manage the team and work closely with Internal Control, Risk, Product, and Internal Audit teams of the bank.Monitor and manage sales activities across various banking products.Ensure timely execution and monitoring of controls in Business Correspondent (BC) operations.Ensure compliance with regulations, track sales targets, analyze performance data, identify improvement areas, and support sales teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making within the bank’s sales operations.Support sales audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.Assist the Risk team in investigations and control validations.Validate data accuracy and ensure timely submission of RBI reports.Encourage adherence to policies, rules, and regulatory guidelines.Coordinate closely with the Product team and provide valuable inputs on process improvements and automation.Stay updated with RBI circulars related to Payment Banks, especially those concerning Branch Authorization. Minimum Qualifications/ SkillsGood Communication skills both written and verbal Good in interpersonal skillsShould be very comfortable with handling lots of data & numbersShould have good working knowledge of using Excel and Access Ability to manage and coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment requiredGood analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to see trends and patterns in data and translate data into decisions is requiredExcellent analytical skills with ability to problem solvingGood in analytical skillsPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsGraduateMicrosoft ExcelSQL Database, Access AutomationPresentation Skills
