Role Overview We’re on the hunt for a curious, creative, and slightly obsessed-with-good-ideas Creative Strategist to join our awesome creative squad! If you love weaving stories, binge-watching trends, and turning data into crazy campaigns, this role is for you. You’ll help cook up campaigns that not only look cool but actually hit the mark with audiences and have a blast doing it! Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and execution of creative strategies across social, digital, and content platforms. Collaborate with content creators, and account teams to develop ideas that meet client goals. Research on audience behavior, market trends, and competitive activities to shape campaign approaches. Support the development of campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and content calendars. Brainstorming sessions and client presentations. Stay informed about cultural trends and digital innovations to inspire creative thinking. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field. 0–1 years of professional experience in creative development, content strategy, or marketing (internship experience acceptable). Preferred: Experience with social media campaigns, content planning, or analytics tools. Certifications in digital marketing or analytics tools are a plus. Strong written and verbal communication. Familiarity with digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to influence strategy. A portfolio or samples of past projects or academic work is desirable.
