Job Title: Recruiters - (BPO Hiring) Experience: 0–2 Years Location: Gurgaon Company: Impetus Career Consultants Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic recruiters to join our BPO hiring team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for voice and non-voice processes across leading BPO clients. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for recruitment are welcome to apply. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and KPO roles (Voice, Non-Voice, Technical Support, Customer Service, etc.) • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients • Maintain and update daily trackers and recruitment reports • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements • Ensure timely closures and achieve monthly hiring targets ⸻ Required Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good understanding of BPO hiring requirements • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.) • Strong coordination and follow-up skills • Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment tracking ⸻ Educational Qualification: • Any Graduate / Postgraduate share your updated Cv at
