This is an onsite role for professionals with a strong background in Healthcare recruitment for US & Canada. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and validate candidates for client Healthcare roles across U.S. Geography. Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract, W2, and full-time positions Collaborate with account managers and delivery teams to meet hiring targets Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms , and other sourcing tools effectively Required Qualifications: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare recruitment Proven success in placing candidates across contract, W2, and full-time roles Strong understanding of U.S. work visa categories.
