Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and visionary Senior Architect with strong experience in high-end luxury residential architecture . This role focuses purely on architectural design and planning, from concept to construction, and involves integrating advanced wood engineering solutions. This is not an interior design or project management role —we are seeking a candidate whose expertise lies in architectural innovation and execution . Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and architectural planning of luxury residential projects . Develop conceptual and detailed architectural drawings, ensuring innovative and high-quality design outcomes. Integrate wood engineering and Glulam technology into architectural solutions. Collaborate with clients to translate their vision into bespoke architectural designs. Guide and mentor junior architects on design execution. Ensure designs meet structural, aesthetic, and functional standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) . Minimum 8–15 years of experience in high-end residential architecture. Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential architectural design (mandatory). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling/rendering software . Exceptional creative design and problem-solving skills . Understanding of building codes, structural principles, and sustainable design. Excellent communication skills for client interaction. Important: Applications from interior designers, project managers, or non-architectural roles will not be considered .
