PPC Expert – Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS + BPO)Location: Gurugram, Haryana (on site)Experience: 2–4 YearsNumber of Positions: 2 (immediate joiner)About the RoleWe’re looking for a performance-driven PPC expert who understands both B2B SaaS growth funnels and high-volume lead generation (BPO/services). This role goes beyond just running ads—you’ll be responsible for building scalable, predictable pipelines while maintaining lead quality and cost efficiency across global markets.If you’ve worked on both demo-driven SaaS funnels and volume-driven lead gen campaigns, this role is for you.What You’ll Do• Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Display networks• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies: awareness → MQL → demo/lead → revenue• Drive both high-quality SaaS demo bookings and high-volume lead generation campaigns• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates• Manage large-scale budgets with a strong focus on ROI and pipeline contribution• Improve key metrics such as MQL cost, demo cost, lead quality, and conversion rates• Run continuous experiments on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and messaging (CRO)• Manage search, display, remarketing, and audience targeting strategies• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Gen, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversions• Identify new channels, geographies, and audience segments to scale campaigns• Own reporting, attribution, and performance insights to drive decision-making• Use analytics and CRM data to optimize personalization and campaign performanceWhat We’re Looking For• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and/or BPO / high-volume lead generation campaigns• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads• Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns while maintaining CPL and ROI targets• Experience with both lead-to-demo funnels and high-volume lead pipelines• Strong understanding of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and ad optimization• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and attribution• Ability to balance lead quality vs. volume effectively• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentGood to Have• Experience with international campaigns (US, UK, EU, etc.)• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)• Exposure to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies• Experience with call-based or inbound lead funnels
