Location: Gurgaon (On-site)Experience: 2-4 YearsMarkets: US, UK, IndiaWe are hiring 4 Demand Generation / ABM Specialists to build a predictable outbound pipeline for our BPO, AI, and SaaS solutions.This role is focused on generating qualified meetings (SQLs) with CXOs and decision-makers in enterprise accounts.This is not a bulk email or campaign execution role.You will own the pipeline from first touch to meeting conversion.What you will ownGenerate 3 qualified SQLs per week (CXO-level meetings)Build pipeline through Email + LinkedIn + structured ABM outreachTarget mid to large enterprises (200+ employees) across US, UK, and IndiaConvert conversations into meetings, not just repliesContinuously refine ICP, targeting, and messagingExpected activity level400-600 target accounts per week4,000-6,000 outbound touches per week (email + LinkedIn)Multi-touch sequences across 10-12 daysFast response to inbound replies and active conversationsKey responsibilitiesAccount-Based Targeting (ABM)Identify high-value accounts, map stakeholders, and prioritize outreachOutbound ExecutionRun structured multi-touch campaigns across email and LinkedInMessaging & PositioningCreate use-case driven outreach based on real business problems, not generic service pitchingConversation HandlingRespond quickly, qualify prospects, and convert into meetings with decision-makersData & ICP OwnershipBuild and refine targeted lists using Apollo / Sales Navigator with strict ICP filtersPerformance TrackingTrack reply rates, meeting rates, and conversions.
