Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual stories for digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, short-form content, ad creatives, and social media trends, and can create engaging videos that support both organic content and performance campaigns.You will work closely with the content, social media, branding, and performance marketing teams to produce visually striking motion assets that help our clients stand out online.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate motion graphics and video content for social media, ad campaigns, websites, and brand communications.Design and edit short-form videos such as Instagram Reels, story ads, promo videos, product videos, explainer videos, and LinkedIn creatives.Convert static creatives into engaging motion-led assets.Collaborate with content writers, performance marketers, designers, and strategists to understand campaign goals and creative briefs.Develop creative concepts, storyboards, transitions, typography animation, and visual treatments aligned with brand identity.Edit raw footage, add music, sound effects, captions, and animation elements to produce polished final videos.Adapt video creatives for multiple aspect ratios and platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google/Meta ads.Ensure consistency in visual style, messaging, and brand tone across all client deliverables.Stay updated with motion design trends, social content formats, and platform best practices.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.Required SkillsStrong command of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere ProWorking knowledge of Photoshop and IllustratorGood understanding of animation principles, pacing, typography, color, and compositionExperience in video editing for digital and social platformsAbility to create thumb-stopping creatives for paid and organic campaignsStrong storytelling sense and attention to detailAbility to understand briefs quickly and turn them into high-quality visual outputGood time management and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications1–4 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or visual content productionExperience working in a digital marketing agency, creative agency, or brand teamFamiliarity with social media trends, ad formats, and platform-specific creative requirementsBasic understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused designExperience with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plusKnowledge of 2D character animation, kinetic typography, or UI animation is an added advantageWhat You’ll Work OnSocial media reels and campaign videosPerformance ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedInBrand launch videos and product promosExplainer videos and corporate presentationsMotion-led creatives for client pitches and digital campaignsVideo assets for content marketing and brand storytellingWhat We’re Looking ForA creative thinker with a strong visual senseSomeone who can balance aesthetics with business outcomesA team player who enjoys collaborating with marketers, strategists, and designersSomeone proactive, trend-aware, and excited to build impactful digital content for diverse brandsWhy Join SumvaikOpportunity to work on diverse brands and industriesCollaborative environment across branding, content, social, and performance teamsHigh ownership and creative exposureA chance to build meaningful digital work that drives real business growth
