Experience working with or writing for firms like EY, Bain, McKinsey, Gartner, or similar consulting/research environments is a strong advantage.Approximately 30% of the role involves analyst-style research work, requiring the ability to analyze data, extract relevant information, and build accurate, insightful content.Responsibilities- Curate, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources - Research topics across industries and extract relevant insights - Write clear, precise, and engaging content: articles, reports, blogs, whitepapers, web copy, etc. - Adapt tone, style, and structure based on audience and platform - Ensure error-free, high-quality writing through strong editing and proofreading - Collaborate with internal teams for clarity, alignment, and content accuracy - Manage timelines and deliver content within deadlinesKey SkillsStrong Writing Skills- Clear, concise communication - Excellent grammar, punctuation, and structure - Ability to tailor tone and voiceResearch & Analytical Skills- Ability to deep-dive, analyze, and validate information - Extract relevant data and insightsAdaptability- Worked across multiple industries - Comfortable with various content formats and platformsAttention to Detail- Consistency in tone and quality - Meticulous proofreadingTime Management- Prioritizing multiple assignments - Meeting tight deadlinesCommunication- Collaborative and open to feedbackStorytelling- Ability to structure narratives - Create content that resonates with readersAssessmentShortlisted candidates will undergo:- Writing Test - Editing Test - Proofreading Test (focus on grammar accuracy)
