We are building sharp, reliable, high-impact content for social media — and we’re looking for a freelance fitness-focused creator who can bring strong on-camera presence and excellent script delivery.This is not a generic UGC role.We want someone who can be the face of Rasayanam across fitness/wellness content.Who This Role Is ForA fitness model or fitness content creator who:✔ Is highly comfortable in front of the camera✔ Can deliver scripted content naturally✔ Has an expressive, confident, on-camera presence✔ Understands fitness, lifestyle, and wellness aesthetics✔ Can shoot regularly on-site in GurugramIf you look the part and sound the part — this role fits you perfectly.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Camera Content (Primary Focus)- Present scripted product explainers, lifestyle videos, fitness routines, and educational content with clarity and confidence. - Deliver dialogues naturally while maintaining strong energy and expression. - Feature as the primary on-screen face in Rasayanam’s reels, ads, testimonials, campaigns, and static shoots. - Adapt tone: educational, promotional, conversational, or motivating — depending on content type.Content Creation & Ideation- Participate in brainstorming sessions for reel trends, fitness-based concepts, long-form videos, and brand campaigns, promo-videos and statics. - Help evolve scripts to match personal delivery style while staying on-brand. - Contribute practical input for fitness/lifestyle authenticity during scripting.Shoot Participation- Attend on-site shoots multiple times based on project flow. - Coordinate wardrobe, styling, and props suitable for fitness and wellness content. - Work closely with the videographer, editor & content strategist to ensure smooth takes and clean execution. - Provide feedback on edits to maintain accuracy and visual quality.Static Content + Lifestyle Shots- Pose for product lifestyle photos, thumbnails, stills, banners, and campaign imagery. - Maintain a consistent, fitness-forward, aspirational brand look.Brand Engagement- Represent Rasayanam’s personality and values across all video/static appearances. - Participate in interviews, collabs, or live sessions if required. - Be open to iterative improvements and direction during shoots.Requirements- Must be a fitness model, fitness influencer, or creator with on-camera experience. - Great script delivery — clear voice, confident expression, natural performance. - Strong presence on reels/short-form content. - Understanding of fitness, routines, and wellness aesthetics. - Comfortable doing both video + photo shoots. - Available for regular in-person shoots in Gurugram. - Ability to take direction, adapt tone, and refine delivery quickly.Good to Have- Existing fitness/wellness social media presence. - Experience creating UGC or branded videos. - Ability to self-shoot occasional content. - Knowledge of supplements, wellness, and lifestyle trends.How to ApplyEmail your profile & videos to: hr@Subject Line: “Freelance Application – Fitness Model/Content Creator (On-Camera Talent)”Please share:- Photos (headshots + full body + fitness shots) - Video samples (reels, product explainers, fitness content) - Instagram/TikTok/YouTube links - Availability & expected rates
