The ideal candidate should come from amarketing or advertising agency backgroundand have a flair for crafting thoughtful responses and digital narratives that build trust and credibility.Key Responsibilities Write and manage online responses to customer reviews, comments, and feedback across social and digital platforms. Create high-quality content that promotes positive brand perception and manages reputational risks. Collaborate with ORM and marketing teams to align communication tone and messaging. Develop PR-style content, articles, and posts to reinforce brand credibility. Monitor brand mentions and draft contextually relevant responses in a timely manner. Conduct basic sentiment analysis and assist in maintaining ORM dashboards. Maintain a calendar for ORM-related content activities and ensure timely execution.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in ORM, content writing, or social media in amarketing or advertising agency . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of brand tone, empathy, and online audience engagement. Familiarity with ORM tools such as Google Alerts, Brand24, or Talkwalker.
