We’re looking for a Multimedia Producer who can own content end-to-end — from idea to distribution — and understands how storytelling, production quality, and platform strategy come together to drive real performance. If you live and breathe YouTube, Instagram, short-form + long-form storytelling, this role is for you.Role Overview- As a Multimedia Producer, you will: - Decide content formats, storytelling style, and platform strategy - Own end-to-end production across video, audio, graphics, and social - Coordinate with editors, designers, hosts, marketing, and growth teams - Manage shoots, post-production workflows, timelines, and budgets - Ensure every piece of content aligns with brand voice, audience intent, and performance goals - Regularly analyze metrics (views, retention, CTR) and iterate to improve output - Be camera-friendly and comfortable collaborating closely with on-screen talentKey ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Ideation- Develop long-form and short-form content formats - Storyboard and script for YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, and ads - Translate complex ideas into engaging, platform-native narrativesProduction Management- Lead shoots and oversee execution - Ensure camera angles, lighting, background, and teleprompter are set correctly - Monitor audio levels, background noise, and visual consistency - Maintain production quality aligned with brand standardsPost-Production Oversight- Oversee editors to ensure strong pacing and storytelling - Review cuts with a focus on retention, clarity, and engagement - Ensure assets are properly organized and workflows are efficientPerformance & Optimization- Track and analyze key performance metrics: - Average View Duration (AVD) - Retention - Click-Through Rate (CTR) - Consistency - Subscriber Growth - Use insights to refine content formats, hooks, and packagingRequired Skills & Qualifications :- Strong storytelling mastery for both long-form and short-form content - Hands-on experience in video & audio production - Sharp editing sense (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) - Deep platform knowledge (Priority: YouTube, then Instagram, TikTok, Ads) - Experience with branded content - Solid understanding of YouTube Studio & Instagram analytics - Ability to think both creatively and analytically- Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) - Comfortable being camera-friendly - Experience working with thumbnails, titles, and A/B testing - Understanding of growth-led content strategies
