This role combines client success, revenue growth, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to manage exclusive mandates, expand accounts, and consistently exceed client expectations in a fast-moving hiring market.What you’ll doClient & Account Ownership- Manage a portfolio of 10+ client accounts, achieving 90%+ client retention and ~20% YoY revenue growth. - Act as the primary point of contact, building trusted, consultative client relationships. - Drive high client satisfaction and strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS). - Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on hiring outcomes, KPIs, and future demand.Revenue Growth & Business Development- Own the end-to-end account lifecycle: hunting and farming, client servicing, delivery coordination, billing, and collections. - Identify and close new opportunities across permanent, leadership, niche, diversity, and volume hiring. - Lead deal closures, including commercials, negotiations, empanelment, and contracts. - Upsell and cross-sell solutions, scaling from single roles to bulk or strategic hiring engagements - Track revenue targets, pipelines, forecasts, and client engagement metricsDelivery & Performance Management- Partner with delivery teams to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs - Drive outcomes including 85%+ fill rates, 70%+ offer acceptance, and strong 90-day retention - Monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience metrics - Proactively manage escalations and ensure seamless client–delivery alignmentMarket Intelligence & Brand Representation- Analyze market trends, talent availability, and client feedback to recommend optimized hiring strategies - Advise clients on skill-based hiring, niche talent mapping, and diversity initiatives - Represent TrueBlue at client meetings, industry forums, and talent events - Strengthen TrueBlue’s brand presence and market positioning in the Indian recruitment ecosystemSales Enablement & Client Presentations- Prepare business pitches, proposals, and client presentations - Support leadership with insights and data to inform strategic decisionsTravel requirement: 30–40% travel across India to meet clients and strengthen partnerships.What we’re looking forMinimum qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client servicing within staffing, recruitment, or HR services - Proven experience managing permanent hiring mandates for Indian clients across sectors - Strong understanding of the Indian recruitment market and hiring lifecycle - Familiarity with ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and CRM toolsPreferred qualifications- 12+ years in client-facing roles managing ₹5+ Cr annual billing portfolios - Experience scaling permanent hiring volumes (100+ headcount) for mid-market or enterprise clients - Expertise in hiring ROI metrics, including cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and retention - Strong professional network across Bangalore, Gurgaon/NCR, and Mumbai - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven staffing strategiesWhy you’ll love this role- True ownership: Direct accountability for revenue, retention, and client success - Visible impact: Clear metrics tied to business growth and client outcomes - Collaborative culture: Strong partnership with delivery and leadership teams - Career growth: Opportunity to build long-term client relationships at scale - Purpose-led work: Help businesses grow while connecting people to meaningful careers
