Job Title:Technical Support Executive Location:398 Udyog Vihar, Phase III, Gurgaon 122016 Qualification:Graduate Fresher pr UG with 6 months experience into CS/Tech Experience:Minimum 6 months International BPO with Technical support profile will be preferred 5 days from office (Rotational Shifts) both side cabSkills required:Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Excellent Thought process and Troubleshooting skills.Salary: 4.8 LPA for Experience 4 LPA for fresherJob Description: Handle and respond to Global Customers requests through multiple communication channels while updating CRM systems with all requested information appropriately. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.Roles and Responsibilities: Provides technical support to TP Global employees who work from home. Take on board feedback and adapt skill accordingly. Adhere to Teleperformance Rules & Regulations on personal & performance data Confidentiality & Security. Adhere to Internal and External Standards as those released by the Steering Committees. Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis.One should know: MAC address & IP address Different protocols used in email Hard phone & Soft phone VOIP DNS Records SIP DHCP OSI Model SMTP & POP3 WiFi
