Location:Gwal Pahari, GurugramOpen Positions & CompensationApprentice Baker / Bakery HelperPositions:Open Salary:₹15,000 – ₹17,000 / month Ideal for:Freshers or beginners passionate about baking and eager to learn.Commis BakerPositions:3 Salary:₹15,000 – ₹17,000 / month Ideal for:Bakers with basic kitchen or bakery experience who can support daily production independently.DCPD (Demi Chef de Partie – Bakery)Positions:2 Salary:₹20,000 – ₹22,000 / month Ideal for:Skilled bakers with experience in breads, sourdough, viennoiserie, or pastries who can manage sections and guide juniors. CDP (Chef de Partie – Bakery)Positions:1 Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month Ideal for:Strong bakery professionals with leadership ability, production planning skills, and deep technical understanding.Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)Daily production of breads, sourdoughs, viennoiserie, and pastries Mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing Following recipes, technical SOPs, and production schedules Maintaining strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards Managing mise en place, inventory prep, and documentation Training and guiding junior team members (DCPD & CDP roles) Upholding LOAF’s values of quality, sustainability, and zero wasteNon-Negotiable Qualities (All Roles) We hireattitude over experience .
