ManageGerman corporate and individual tax compliance , including tax returns, filings, and documentation Handleinternational taxation matterssuch as cross-border transactions, withholding tax, and tax treaties Ensure compliance withGerman tax laws (EStG, KStG, UStG)and international tax regulations Supporttransfer pricing documentationand intercompany transactions Assist intax audits, assessments, and correspondencewith tax authorities Analyze tax implications forglobal business operations and restructuring Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for tax planning and advisory Monitor changes inGerman and international tax regulationsand assess business impact Provide tax advisory support ondouble taxation avoidance agreements (DTAA) Prepare reports, reconciliations, and tax-related MIS for management Required Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge ofGerman Taxation / International Taxation Experience incross-border tax compliance and advisory Understanding ofOECD guidelines and transfer pricing Proficiency inGerman tax regulations and EU tax frameworks Strong analytical and communication skills German language proficiency (preferred/mandatory – as per role)
