We focus on delivering UPSCALE, HIGH-QUALITY real estate solutions to builders, investors, and end users.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a confident and presentable intern who is keen to build a career in real estate sales and marketing. This role offers hands-on exposure to client handling, site visits, and real-time deal discussions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle and respond to leads from Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms- Conduct outbound calls (COLD CALLING) and follow-ups with potential clients- Coordinate with clients for property details, pricing, and meetings- Assist in planning and conducting site visits across Gurgaon- Support in social media activities (posting, coordination, engagement)- Maintain client database and follow-ups- Work closely with the core team on live deals and negotiationsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions- Comfortable with calling (including COLD CALLING) and follow-ups- Presentable and professional approach- Interest in sales, marketing, and real estate- Willingness to travel within Gurgaon for site visits- HAVING A PERSONAL VEHICLE IS A PLUS (for ease of site visits)- Basic understanding of Instagram/LinkedInSTIPEND & INCENTIVES₹3,000 – ₹15,000 per month (PERFORMANCE-BASED)+ ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES ON SUCCESSFUL DEAL CLOSURESHigh performers have strong earning potential and a clear path to a FULL-TIME ROLE.WHAT YOU’LL GAIN- Direct exposure to Gurgaon’s real estate market- Hands-on experience in client dealing and site visits- Learning how real deals are structured and closed- DIRECT MENTORSHIP UNDER THE DIRECTOR with real-time involvement in live deals- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role with higher incentivesLOCATION: GURGAON (ON-SITE)DURATION: 2–3 MONTHS (EXTENDABLE)
