Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and control systems, with expertise in AC/DC drives, PLC, servo drives, and gear box technologies. The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales, providing technical support, and building robust client relationships.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target potential clients, presenting our products and solutions effectively.Provide in-depth technical expertise and support to clients, demonstrating the benefits and applications of our products.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to understand product capabilities and innovations.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.QualificationsDiploma & Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, particularly within the industrial automation or control systems industry.Strong knowledge of AC/DC drives, PLC, servo drives, and gear box technologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.SkillsTechnical expertise in AC/DC drives, PLC, servo drives, and gear box systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
