This role involves managingHNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clientsthrough an inside sales model and driving high-value transactions. The ideal candidate must possess astrong understanding of gemstonesand the ability to consult, educate, and influence premium customers.Key Responsibilities: Manage and converthigh-value leadsthrough inside sales channels (phone, video calls, online consultations). HandleHNI and premium customers, providing personalized and consultative sales support. Drivehigh AOV and revenue generationby closing large-ticket gemstone transactions. Educate clients ongemstone quality, certification, origin, pricing, and care, building trust and credibility. Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Accurately capture customer interactions, lead status, and sales outcomes in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to fulfillment. Stay updated on gemstone trends, pricing, and market dynamics.Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience inInside Sales, preferably ingems, jewelry, luxury, or premium product segments. Proven experience managingHNI clientsand closinghigh-value / high AOV deals. Strongknowledge and understanding of gemstones(precious and/or mid-precious stones). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience working as anIndividual Contributorin a target-driven sales environment. Hands-on experience withCRM and sales tools.Preferred Qualifications: Certification or formal training inGemology / Gemstone knowledge(GIA, IGI, or equivalent) is a plus.
